Hi!
I’m Stevie, a nomadic writer, originally from Los Angeles. I’ve spent the last 10 years traveling, mostly in a campervan, through 25+countries with my husband and our 8 year old daughter. Right now we’re parked in the Spanish Canary Islands, located off the coast of North Africa.
I write about alchemy–the art of transformation. Whether the journey is through an abusive childhood to first-time motherhood, out of drug addiction into personal recovery, or from narco territory to the Southern Andes, the destination is the same: a butterfly, willing the story forward.
I’m currently working on a memoir about driving the Pan-American Highway from California to Patagonia where I learned to turn national scourges like heroin, dislocation, and the American dream into spiritual gold. (Spoiler: It’s a love story)
